I saw that one after a delay of about 28 minutes as this snippet from
the headers shows:

Again, it seems that the delay is down to FreeLists.

I get the same status report. So far, every message has eventually
arrived here in spite of some being delayed.

That could be, if you're not receiving them at all. I think the only
way to find out would be to take it up with their technical support.
