Try changing the file type to MP4 (&A64)

The only way I managed to access Android files was by having a WiFi file
transfer app running and pointing the RISC OS machine at that local IP
address. You could download files from Android using Netsurf but not
upload them - the only way I found to do the transfer in the opposite
direction was to FTP the files from RISC OS to my own webspace and then
download them from there via an Android browser.
