Take CLIENT LOGO for example.

High Pri vs Low Sev
 ---You have an issue with CLIENT LOGO When Production Go LIVE date is tomorrow.

Low Pri vs High Sev
 ---You have an issue with CLIENT LOGO When Production Go LIVE date is after 1 month.

Now say a major funtionality is not working after latest build.Now with out fixing that issue, testing team cannot proceed further on.Then...It can be..

Now say QA has requested for a minor change(eg change 'save' button to 'Save'). Then...It can be..
Low Pri vs Low Sev
