I would suggest you take a look at JMeter.  Supports all of your requirements (as I understand them) and also supports input files (CSV and perhaps other formats).  The Java-based GUI is very easy to use, you can run the tests via the command line, as well, and as an added bonus you can easily capture performance data for your test runs (average response time for all API requests, among other things).  I've been using Cucumber to automate testing of our web app and APIs and really like the tool, but if you're solely interested in automated API testing I might try JMeter first (haven't yet used SoapUI so I have no idea what it offers over JMeter).
