Are any tools available for checking the Syntax of a deck?

I get

 > volts,others:=Solve(ckt,'returnall'):
Error, (in Syrup:-Solve) module does not export `value`

Are nested subckts supported?

 From reading the help page, the level of subckt definition must be the 
same as the call to that subckt.

The circuit is long, but, its form is:

If I comment out the D1,Q1, and D2 lines, I do not get the error.
