It depends on which particular lab is being used and what is being tested.

I can guarantee that some of the labs will NOT have access to other 
networks, much less the Internet.  (Some of them even have a protocol 
barrier.)

(IPv4 network)---[IPv4|bastion|IPX]---(IPX 
network)---[IPX|router|IPX]---(IPX network)---[IPX|bastion|IPv6]---(IPv6 
network)

Nothing IPv4 in the lab is going to make it out to the world.

The IPX router hard filters anything that's not IPX.
