Making copyright IP right infinite (while not formally stating so) is
the right way to go.

The trademark IP right is already infinite.

The trade secrete IP right is already infinite.

The patent IP right is simply a dedication of the trade secrete IP right
to the public domain in exchange of exclusivity limited in time:

Why should copyright IP right be finite?
