What is the executable patch tool that is there to patch the old Pascal
compiled executables so that they can be used with faster than 200-300 Mhz CPU
Os/2 equipment?

Thanks!

You might want to read the mini-FAQ posted to comp.lang.pascal.borland
every month, one source for it is Google Groups,

1. DosBox (solves more problems than just this specific one)
2. R200FIX.ZIP (patch, as such unrelated to OS/2)
