Vikrant,

If you had a layer 3 switch you could create a v-lan for each pc, but I 
do not think it would work very well.
You would need a gateway for each vlan that would route to the other vlans.
I'm not sure if the switch could be configured to route for this.
If you had a very busy network (hundreds or thousands of pcs) using 
vlans would help.
For the small network it would be more work then its worth.
