There is RBIL (Ralf Brown's Interrupt List).  It contains information on
BIOS interrupt calls.  It's available from three locations.  Two of them
have been converted to html.  These are accessable online.  The original
text files have non-interrupt information that's not available as html.

Also, there is alt.os.development for OS questions.  And,
comp.os.msdos.programmer is for DOS programmers who may use BIOS.
