If you have Linux and Lilo (or Grub), you have no problem. This is all done in Linux, except the installations. Make your partitions. I suggest three primary with size 2GB each and one extended with the rest of your not too big hard disk. This extended could be one big FAT32 or several where one is a big FAT32 and others for Linux. For installation of WIN/DOS on the first partition, set its type to FAT16 or FAT32 (whatever you prefer) and active. The other primary ones should be set to the corresponding Hidden FAT16 or FAT32 and not active. E. g. IIRC FAT16 is 0x06, hidden FAT16 is 0x16. Check while changing type in fdisk. Install on that partition. For next change the first partition's type to hidden FAT<whatever> and inactive and the second to (non-hidden) FAT<whatever> and active. Install on the second partition. Repeat for the third. To switch between these three different partitions either: 1. boot Linux (live-cd or on the extended partion) and change the partition to boot to non-hidden and active and the other three to hidden and not active and reboot. 2. if you have Linux in the extended partition, you can configure Lilo to do 1 automatically. IIRC, Grub can as well. Done. The reason for the big FAT32 is to be able to exchange information between the different *DOSes and Linux and if you keep your important files on it you can easily reinstall the *DOSes if necessary.
