In e.g. Evolution, there is an option (at the account level) whereby a
copy of each message being sent can be automatically copied to a
specified address (as CC or BCC).

I cannot find such an option in KMail, nor can I see a way to define an
outgoing filter that could be used to achieve that.

Anyone here know how it can be done, please?
