Nope it doesn't.  I compiled it on linux beastro 1369.  Had to 
change a lot of things to get it to work the way I wanted it to. 
 Had a devil of a time modifying the code to send a copy of each 
message with a decoding certificate to a secret mail server in 
Utah.
