I have had fentanyl in a medical context during surgery. It is a marvellous drug. Unbelievably potent but falls out of the body much faster than morphine. These checks and balances are being systematically dismantled, leaving modern capitalism (giant corporations aided and abetted by the governments that were supposed to regulate them) running out of control.
