The Telegraph doesn't play for me either, I tried both Firefox and
Chromium. Everything else seems to play better.

Thanks for that sir!

And you can confirm that this is the 64 bit Linux flash alone?
And its not a firefox issue..

Yes I got the same non-response on Chromium as I did on Firefox. I'm using
64 bit Fedora 14. I uninstalled the 32 bit FLASH plugin RPM and I did an
about:plugins on Firefox to ensure that I'm running the new 64 bit FLASH
plugin by itself. The videos on xhamster definitely seem to play a little
smoother. There is obviously something peculiar about the Telegraph. I'm
in the US so I don't know if they are blocking access to non-UK readers.

Its all hosted by oolaya.com Or is that ooyala.com? anyway I got the
same problem with their native content as well.

If you go to www.ooyala.com I get another blank screen in the middle
there too. I believe its a US based company.

I did report it to their support but I got an arrogant tech-droid
'liniux is not important enough to be worth supporting'

I use the 64-bit Flashplayer beta, but it still says version
10.lotsofnumbers, not 11. And that Telegraph video doesn't play here
either. It doesn't even load, judging by the lights on my switch,
router and cable modem.

The browser was not Firefox, by the way. I'm using KDE's Konqueror
browser, which uses the same plugins as Firefox. Konqueror normally
uses KHTML, but I've set it to use the WebKit HTML rendering engine
instead, which is based on KHTML but more advanced, and which is also
used by Apple's Safari - and that's a browser most of the nitwit
corporate websites will support.
