I've been trying to figure out what the unique selling point of this is. I'm not familiar with it myself.

What is it's unique selling point(s)? Why would a sysadmin want to use it, get locked into a product from a for-profit company rather than spend time hardening a Debian or Qubes distro?

Sometimes the management of a company decides that they "need" such
solutions. These companies invest a lot into advertising.
