Which of the several volumes would that be?  At least in the
1980s, the VMS manual was a shelf of binders.  Around a couple of
decades ago, at a thrift store IIRC, I bought an orange binder
labeled as follows:

        VAX/VMS
        Volume 2A

        Command
        Language
        System Messages

        Command
        Language
        User's Guide

        Guide to
        Using Command
        Procedures
