I haven't updated it but if my Leap VM is to be believed it's also running 
older versions of KDE Plasma, bash, and Konsole. The Arch box went to 
6.19.14 yesterday and Fedora is 6.19.13. Even Ubuntu and Leap are 6.17.

I don't have cutting edge hardware so kernel updates, as long as they 
don't break things, do little for me. I assume Tumbleweed is a little more 
current.

I used SuSE for years because it was KDE but with Fedora making KDE 
coequal with GNOME rather than a spin, I don't see a compelling reason to 
switch to it. Yast used to be another selling point. Myrlyn looks okay but 
with the KDE Plasma install Discover is on the panel instead although I 
tend to use zypper from the command line.
