Google Earth Panoramio only works as root

Hi All,

CentOS 5.6 x32
uname -r: 2.6.18-238.9.1.el5
google-earth-stable-6.0.2.2074-0
firefox 4.0.1

When I run Google Earth (GE) as a stand user and click on
the Panoramio pictures, all I get is a bubble pop
up the tells me the location.

But, if I run GE as root, Panoramio picture work fine.

Anyone know how to get Panoramio and GE to co-operate as
a standard user?
