I am using Debian (Unstable). An enquiry over bluetooth, using hcitool inq shows that my mobile phone is visible. However, if I go to the phone and scan for bluetooth devices, it says that no devices are found, and does not list my computer as visible. Normally it lists all bluetooth devices in the area. On the computer, ps -ef reveals that the following processes are running: root 993 1 0 Apr23 ? 00:00:00 /usr/sbin/bluetoothd mark 16332 1 0 Apr26 ? 00:00:00 obexpushd Should the computer be visible to the phone at this point, or do I have to enter a command to the computer visible?
