I have just switched to Debian Iceweasel 4.0, which is a derivative of
Mozilla Firefox.

On my old browser, Debian Iceape, a derivative of Mozilla Browser and
Composer, there were several options under the tools menu as follows:

Cookie Manager
Image Manager
Popup Manager
Password Manager

These provided a load of submenus, that give allow me to block or allow
images from particular sites, etc.

How do I access these facilities in the new browser?
