Possibly `whois` on the IP address would be useful, but often it just maps to a big provider. Other thing I like to do is examine all the subject alternative names (SANs) on the https certificate. Take a look at the list on aol.com for example. I don't like it, but I have the privacy stuff on my domains, too. I tried not having it and I got a lot of spam to the email address and phone calls and text messages to the phone number. It was quite unpleasant. I set the address to a PO Box, I got no junk mail there for that. I _do_ get junk mail for a trademark using that same PO Box. Elijah ------ actually, two trademarks, and the junk always comes in pairs
