Imagine a little spider-like  'bot' equipped with a miniature 
hypodermic, a GPS sensor, solar panels and a teensy gas chromatograph, 
able to go to a specific location taking weeks if necessary, and stab 
the person whose DNA corresponds to its mission with a lethal venom.

No 'world leader' would be safe.
