Good luck finding that...
Most LED lamps will be simple devices that only use the power lines of the
USB port, no data transfer.
I don't think you can switch off the power lines in a USB port, and if you
could, you'd probably switch them all off. Goodbye mouse (and maybe
keyboard).
It _is_ possible to build a LED lamp that has a switch in it.
But you'd need electronics to communicate over USB, and on receiving the
correct command, switch the lamp on or off.
That in turn means you need software. A user interface to accept you choice
and a driver to translate it to a command over USB, to the correct device.
Not rocket science. But even if some company would build it, what are the
chances of them including a Linux release of their soft?
