New product development time officially falls to 3 months in Far East

The time taken to develop new products has officially now
fallen to 3 months in Far East.

The driving force is the availability of cheap
3D printers, the availability of large bodies of
open source software and the availability of cheap sub $10 ARMs
that runs full Desktop Linux in industrial quantities
ready to be inserted into products as projects turn
into real demand.

It used to be 6 months to get products off the ground
because of a lot of configuring work, prototying work
and component purchasing that smears out the process 
over a longer time line. But that is not true any longer
with thanks to 3D printers (which are all out of patent
so anyone make them and fulfill the massive demand for
them), faster PCB turn around times for general
purpose PCB prototyping work, and the supply chain
of components that uses the web portals to put
online full datasheets and prices for bulk lots that
makes it easy for mediam scale manufacturing to be
organized efficently.

In this new world of 3 month project genesis,
it is incredible to see management trolls,
IP trolls, internet trolls, media trolls, politiking
trolls all strutting, ranting and pointing in
all directions to serve a complete package
of distractions for the unweary that will keep
those with good ideas and fiery product making skills
from their revenue.

For every good comment that a good
engineer may make now attracts some 50 to 100 comments by
trolls. This would be the biggest waste of resources and cost
young entrepreneurs have to face and so it is fair to ask ALL
law makers in ALL regions to ban companies from inserting
their trolls into ALL technology
forums as a first measure to eliminate these costs.

Any worker orderered to troll in tech forums should
have the right to report their management to 
the authorities without having to go through their
employers or their managers so that their chief executive can put in
a court appearance and explain why they rely on trolling
and order their employees around to go trolling for them
instead of ordering them to concentrate on making products
their customers want. Of couse, if customers are
complaining, then get used to listening and go make better product!
