The recommended treatment:
Stents

The problem:
She has no private medical insurance.

Let's hear it for the USA and it's 3rd-World health care plan.

You get what you earn in this world, weenie. Virtually nobody deserves
free health care.

Let us know how much you donate...

You forgot you are just one of those internet trolls
and deserve everything coming to you troll.

Why don't you explain why a luzer like you signed up to be
internet troll? That all will be interested to hear.

Do you realize you became a luzer as soon as you signed yourself
for employment as a troll?

By any chance are you an employee of ntrepid corporation?
http://www.ntrepidcorp.com/

or perhaps an employee of Burson-Marsteller?
http://www.burson-marsteller.com/

The line managers who contracted you were sniggering to the bone
when they when they realized what kind of idiot you were
and how useful it would be to them.

They never had so much fun since hosting a tampon party.

And tell me again:

Why do dishonest Amrikaaan companies like Appil and Micoshaft pay Amrikaans
to troll and post ad-hominem personal attacks on the internet?

Has anyone in these companies got a degree in honesty?
If so prove it.

If not, are you expecting to ride on the back of good faith of the
international community to not criticise amrikaas dumbest criminals posting
trolls and ad-hominen personal attacks funded by amrikkkaan companies
like micoshaft and appil? Are they above the law? I don't think so. Its
time for prosecutors to move in and arrest a few of the criminals funding
asstroturfers hiding behind dishonest corporations like appil and micoshaft
who sponsor ad hominem personal attacks and abuse in the internet
in blantant disregard for law.

A few wikileaks to open up scrutiny of the funding routes and who's who in
the chain of command could be a starting point.

Stories like this
http://www.11alive.com/news/local/story.aspx?storyid=173964
set a precedent which means every asstroturfer is due for a minimum
$400,000 fine.

Asstroturfer offerings
----------------------

I've just read the contents of the fbo.gov solicitation RTB220610

The US government wants asstroturfers and with it sophisticated
asstroturfing technology to drown out democratic free speech,
and then hide from those whom it seeks to victimize.

It was point no.3 that caught my eye:
0003- Static IP Address Management

What that means is the same as what I've been saying for a while about
doofi, flatcake and clog are true.

They are not individuals but a whole asstroturfing team
behind each sock puppet.

There isn't enough memory between the sock operators to know
or remember what had been said earlier so you know the
conversations are being typed out by multiple individuals
impersonating each other.
It was notable gaffs by the goofy doofy sock that first gave it away.

The asstrotufing teams had already gone into government and offered them
consulting services about what technology and asstroturfing
practices were out there for fbo.gov to decide what they will
purchase in solicitation RTB220610.

50 User Licenses, 10 Personas per user. Software will
allow 10 personas per user, replete with background,
history, supporting details, and cyber presences
that are technically, culturally and geographacilly

Personas must be able to appear to originate in
nearly any part of the world and can interact through
conventional online services and social media platforms.

uh huh... and what's "coming to me", bozo?

If there was justice in the world you would be sitting in jail right now
for your fraudulent claims and plans to swindle people with your

You are just a troll fool.

What ever did you expect other than a brown

What an evil bastard.

A woman is critically ill and can't afford proper medical care, and all
you can do is sneer and brag about your own bulging wallet.

You better clutch on tight to that wallet DooFy, because I guarantee
that when the day comes /you/ need help and sympathy, it'll be the only
friend you have.

It's a travesty that good people like Ken and Diane have to suffer,
while monsters like you waste the earth's precious air by breathing.
They're worth a billion of your kind, DooFuS. All the money in the world
is not enough to make you a decent human being. I hope you die penniless
and alone, writhing in agony and crying for help that never comes.

These disgusting trolls and the corporations, irresponsible share holders
and marketing departments that contract them should be paid with a different
color of money.

Red ink for blood money. They sure earned it.

I heard South Africa and India offer cheaper medical tourism.
If they can find the right doctors and a hospital, the lady could get the
stent inserted abroad.

I've cussed the NHS from time time, but can you imagine how this story would
read if they had been UK residents? Something like:-
"My wife had a stroke. After recovering from the immediate effects, she had
to go back into hospital for an overnight stay so that they could put some
stents in. She's now making progress to a complete recovery, helped by all
the aftercare she's receiving".

In other words, it would have passed almost without comment.

There seems to be some misunderstanding about the NHS by our
transatlantic chums, it is not free as such. We pay for it every month if
an employee (through PAYE) or through employers contributions if an
employer ( as well as their own contributions). It is free at the point
of delivery though. You receive the treatment you need, when you need it,
as long as you need it for no added payment. No British government would
dare dismantle it because it would be political suicide for their party.
Parliamentary revolts have happened because a party has even suggested
downgrading its effectiveness.

And yes, it is VERY effective. I know lots of people who are still alive
and healthy thanks to the timely and excellent treatment they have
received from the NHS. All of our lives would be the poorer without it.

It is worth EVERY penny.

The USA is the *ONLY* industrialized nation
that doesn't provide its people with a basic security net.
All that tax money gets spent on **weapons**
and using those to invade and occupy sovereign nations.

Meanwhile, 99.9% of USAians continue to watch Merkin Idol
and drool on themselves out of their slack jaws
getting their "news" from corporate media
and thinking all of this is normal.

If Obama had demonstrated the slightest bit of leadership,
he would have had the Democratic congressional majority of 2008 - 2010
expand the number of Americans covered by
ratcheting down the point at which Medicare[1] coverage starts to age
55.
Having secured the confidence of USAians by being smart,
Democrats could have gotten re-elected in 2010
and could then expand coverage again at some point in the future.

Instead, the Dems (again) showed how stupid they are
and many got kicked out. The only problem with that
was that idiot Merkins replaced them with Tea Party idiots.

Note: I won't vote for Reds (duh) nor for Blues
(until redistricting gets Kucinich to move here
and run against the incumbent Blue Dog);
in the meantime, I vote Green.

As for what I would like to see happen to DooFuS and all Republicans

just make compost out of them and put them to a useful purpose.

One thing that many (not all) rich people have in common is a belief that
they are intrinsically better than other people for no other reason than
that they have more money than others. You see it in the way they treat
waitstaff at a restaurant: as if they and they alone are worthy of the
attention of the staff.

Part of believing they are better than others includes the belief that
they can treat other people like shit without any repercussions because,
hey, they have money, they MUST be more moral than others or have received
God's favor.

And before I hear about all the good things that rich people "do" for
others, I would seriously like to know how much those same people would
contribute if their contributions were not tax-deductible. In America,
rich people tend to act largely on their own self-interest, so the
government had to provide a "what's in it for me" reward for rich people
to contribute to charity.

It's my understanding that middle class and poor individuals contribute
far more (as a percentage of their income) to charity than the rich.

"Ezekiel" likes and supports him, though.

What some of my fellow "Americans" seemingly have not thought-through
how easily they could be ruined, in our ruthless society.

It's all good, while you're employed. They have to ensure you then.
The laws are written that way (I'm sure to benefit the evil
businessman).

But if you lose your job? All bets are off. They can, and do, turn
you down for insurance for any damn reason they want. Almost any
pre-existing condition will disqualify you, making you vulnerable to
absolute financial ruin. Treating a single major health issue can
cost 100's of thousands of dollars, wiping you out after a lifetime of
saving.

Yes, even people who have worked hard and saved money their entire
lives are, really, unprotected and vulnerable to ruin.

Sneering bastards like "DFS" don't seem to get that, or at least not

I've done neither, you lying sack of shit. My post was directed at
JeffM, not her.

Even so, how much money will you give her, [H]ypocrite? The same amount

How about the hospital in your town - are you down there every day

Your "guarantee" is worth as much as all your other ridiculous,

"good people"? Sez who? Because they give away a few Linux computers?

"Since 2005 we have provided 1102 disadvantaged Austin-area kids and
their families a computer." Great, but it's a tiny pittance compared to
what the PGA Tour or the Gates Foundation or other rich organizations do.

Then their blog says "Linux is to computing what freedom is to
mankind...and then there's Microsoft"

s/freedom/typhoid

But wait! They're not done with their lying. Over at
http://www.fixedbylinux.com/ they say:

"Microsoft Windows has a lot of problems... Linux is easy..."

hahahahahaa!!!!! Lying idiots, meet the Ubuntu forums... Ubuntu forums,
meet the lying idiots.

And here's where the greedy "evil bastards" are trying to rook their
victims: http://www.fixedbylinux.com/store

$75 for a Linux on USB thumb drive?!

That thumb drive is worth at most $20 in time to set it up. You have a
lot of nerve calling them "good people" and me "evil". I've never tried
to overcharge anyone a huge markup like that.

> while monsters like you waste the earth's precious air by breathing.

Speaking of monsters, look who's financing tobacco peddlers and
polluting the Earth's air by spewing carcinogens into it all day every
day, just to satisfy the weak-minded cravings of a limp-dick "victim of
Philip Morris".

You sick, selfish fuck.

> They're worth a billion of your kind, DooFuS. All the money in the world

"I hate Apple (and Disney, now that you mention it), and Jobs in
particular... I find it sickening... I hate Sweaty Ballmer... Windows
would still be a steaming pile of shit... Microsoft would still be a
bunch of gangsters... thugs like Microsoft... the only thing Jobs
"contributes" to Apple is a belligerent hatred of freedom..."

[H]ypocrite, you sound so angry you should consider a self-admittance
for psychiatric observation before you go postal.

> I hope you die penniless
> and alone, writhing in agony and crying for help that never comes.

I know you do, [H]ypocrite. If you had a shred of ethics you would've
said the same thing about yourself a few years ago, but after hoarding
enough money you magically became... ta da!... a "free software
activist", and now you're deluded that you're some kind of good person.

So why haven't you returned all the money you hoarded developing and
supporting proprietary and closed-source systems your entire career?
