My main point was it makes FAR more sense to default it to shutdown not start up. I provided a link to a Linux stalwart explaining (as I have in the past) how doing this check at boot is f*ing crazy in case it kicks in before a presentation or so. AND, and Kohlopf wont know this since he runs Linux for fun in a VM on his Windows machine, if you interrupt it at the wrong time it mounts the fs as read only.... This should be fun now .....
