I had a few students sign up to go into the military. It's not so much that they think it's glorious, it's that they forget how many lives they lost in completing a level as well as how having the heavy equipment on your back might make it difficult to move. They also forget that if you run out of bullets, you can't just walk over the corpses of the people you killed and have them all replenish. Most importantly though, they don't seem to realize that just one bullet is enough to put you down and that you can't "regain your health" by hiding behind a rock for a few seconds. -- Silver Slimer OpenMedia & EFF Member Gab.ai: @silverslimer "I am not interested in your circus." - Snit Michael Glasser Prescott Circus Guy

The "orangutan" is the only president who is actually willing to do something about the true threats to the world. He bombs Syria -- one country that is effectively fighting terrorism -- on a made-up pretext (lies) by Soros' lying NGO, the White Helmets and with zero evidence. And that -- supposedly -- is going to "do something" about the threats in the world? The "liberals" (so-called) are afflicted with the same brand of insanity as the neo-CONS and now the Oragnutan in the Whitehouse is in league with these insane, drooling, war-mongering morons. -- Zero Tolerance for iCultists and WinTrolls

I wasn't a fan of the bombing but I figured that the President might know something that the rest of the world doesn't and felt that his hand was forced. If Assad didn't really do anything and there is truly a lack of evidence then it's obviously the wrong move but it sounded as though they were entirely confident that he had indeed gassed his own people. -- Silver Slimer OpenMedia & EFF Member Gab.ai: @silverslimer "I am not interested in your circus." - Snit Michael Glasser Prescott Circus Guy

Why would you think that? What possible reason would Syria have to use sarin gas on civilians when they're winning the war on all fronts? Who benefits from this bullshit? Yeah, that's right, the terrorists. A responsible leader (unlike the loudmouth lout and wispy haired orangutan in the Whitehouse) would have collected real evidence first, not gleaned the social networks for the lying bullshit from the White Helmets (who fight with Al Qaeda and are bought and paid for by Soros). Have you looked at the videos released by the lying bastards (the sole "evidence" that resulted in the bombing)? These liars are supposedly treating sarin victims -- they're wearing NO protective clothing. They're treating "victims" with bare hands and wearing sandals. You don't do that with sarin if you want to live. Not only that, but one of the "dead" "victims" in one their videos opens her eyes to peak at the cameraman. Russia delivered real evidence to the OCPW that Al Qaeda had sarin gas in Aleppo FOUR MONTHS AGO and yet this lying organization can't seem to get their analysis completed on this -- actual -- evidence. However the same organization can rule within two days, using social media for "evidence" that the Syrian government used sarin gas. And they still refuse to go to the airbase (the one that that piece of lying shit Trump fired missiles on) where the sarin was supposedly stored. The Syrian government has invited them to go there and inspect it. The reason they won't go is because they don't want facts to counter their lies. (Can you say "Iraq" all over again?) No, the Whitehouse Orangutan had no evidence. He did this because NutYahoo in Israel wanted him to do it -- and the Orangutan Trump's lips are permanently welded to NutYahoo's ass. Besides, the loudmouthed lout likes to play "look how big my ... is." Did you see his quote about the beautiful chocolate cake and the Tomahawk missiles? What an idiot asshole. Do some research on the Wolfowitz Doctrine if you want to understand what's going on. The United States will use whatever lies and force they can to remain the world's hegemon. What they don't realize is that they've already lost this title. Unfortunately, in their attempt win it back, they'll probably start a nuclear war, because China and Russia are not going to kowtow to the U.S. Those days are over. From the Defense Planning Guidance (aka, the Wolfowitz Doctrine): "Our first objective is to prevent the re-emergence of a new rival, either on the territory of the former Soviet Union or elsewhere, that poses a threat on the order of that posed formerly by the Soviet Union. This is a dominant consideration underlying the new regional defense strategy and requires that we endeavor to prevent any hostile power from dominating a region whose resources would, under consolidated control, be sufficient to generate global power." And ... "The U.S. must show the leadership necessary to establish and protect a new order that holds the promise of convincing potential competitors that they need not aspire to a greater role or pursue a more aggressive posture to protect their legitimate interests. In non-defense areas, we must account sufficiently for the interests of the advanced industrial nations to discourage them from challenging our leadership or seeking to overturn the established political and economic order. We must maintain the mechanism for deterring potential competitors from even aspiring to a larger regional or global role." And ... "While the U.S. cannot become the world's policeman, by assuming responsibility for righting every wrong, we will retain the preeminent responsibility for addressing selectively those wrongs which threaten not only our interests, but those of our allies or friends, or which could seriously unsettle international relations." Other countries "need not aspire to a greater role" or "protect their legitimate interests." And we need to "discourage them from challenging our leadership." Now do you see why the United States "must" destroy Russia and their ally, Syria? They're in the way of world domination. And this is why Putin is constantly demonized by the Soros and Co.'s media and their prostitute politicians. -- Zero Tolerance for iCultists and WinTrolls

This is the "initial version" of a "Defense Planning Guidance" written by the then "Under Secretary of Defense for Policy", a guy with aspirations in the post-wall era. What would you expect to be in it? Love notes to other world leaders? Get ahold of similar docs from other countries for comparison (btw... good luck with that). p.s. No, I don't agree with this doctrine... but you're over-reacting.
