Yes.  There's a link at the bottom of the page which is either "Mobile"
(if you're *not* using the Mobile view) or "Non-mobile" (if you *are*
using the mobile view) which switches to the other view.  In Firefox
on my Linux box I can see the URL change.

Perhaps the default view setting is stored in a cookie.  OTOH I've
told the site I don't accept cookies.  Dunno.
