I do not find English particularly difficult. German is worse. There are no declinations, no verbal forms, aside from the "s" on "he/she". Correct spelling is a bitch, though: we have to learn by heart both the spelling and the pronunciation of each word. They never bothered to try to teach us the rules. Yes, there are nuances as the same word having several different meaning. You can never learn it perfectly, there are subtle meaning that are really cultural.
