Or if the name is all digits (most seem to be the same as the number).

BTW, most of the scammers seem to be getting their equipment from the same 
place. There's an odd interaction between it any my phone, meaning I hear 
about four cycles of the busy tone when they disconnect. At least it 
doesn't get treated as a message.
