Hey Rubyists! We are putting together an intensive 6 month program to teach Ruby developers how to build full blown applications.  No programming background necessary and you will come out the other side with a job waiting for you, or have the skills to start your own company.

I'm wondering how much you would pay for something like this, what you would like to see offered, and how long you think it should last.  What's your dream course or set of courses?  

Additionally, I would be interested in knowing what you'd like out of it.  A guaranteed job? A diploma?  I know there are a bunch of programs spinning up and we want to develop what the community actually wants or would see as valuable to bring new developers into the fold.
