No really me. I found out who.

I installed "ebscopy" from its GitHub repository with
"sudo pip3 ./setup.py install"
And this (tried to) install(ed) "logging" from PyPi. Don't know why.

I just removed the egg-file in the dist-utils directory. After that
everything works fine.
