#21225 — xlutils 1.5.0 released!

Hi All,

I'm pleased to announce the release of xlutils 1.5.0, featuring the 
following changes:

- Now takes advantage of "ragged rows" optimisation in xlrd 0.7.3

- Add support for PANE records to xlutils.copy, which means that zoom
   factors are now copied.
