First, unplug the computer and remove the battery.  Then if it's still 
burning, douse it with a fire extinguisher.

If your symptoms are different, you'll have to spell it out.  Like 
Python version, OS, complete stack trace.  And anything else that may be 
needed to diagnose the problem.
