I am receiving this error while installing python interpreter version 3.5.1 (32 bit)
Error is " This program cannot start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer"

I reinstalled this file but again this error message 

What should I do to remove this issue kindly help me
