Michael Ford hasn't had the time to upload my binaries yet. Usually I
provide compiled versions of PyCrypto for Windows people. You can grab a
full bundle with MSI, EXE and wheels for Python 2.6 to 3.4 from my
dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/s/n6rckn0k6u4nqke/pycrypto-2.6.1.zip?dl=0
