Yes, i picked up the skype4Py package where I can start up skype and place a call. But I want to have 2 clients which can call each other.

Have you checked googling 'skype python'?  I just did.  Looks like several libraries and a tutorial in the first couple of listings.  I haven't tried, but it sounds interesting
