I've got a couple small low-powered devices here (a Digi ConnectPort, a Raspberry Pi, a low-end 32-bit system with 32MB of RAM) all of which run Python. It might be trickier if you're talking about some super low-end hardware where you don't have a memory management unit, a full-fledged OS. -tkc
