 From what I read of the link above and
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/goglobal/bb896001.aspx
given therein, I am going to guess that .UTF-8 is not supported for any 
language.

*Definitely the latter. Perhaps you could open an issue with a specific 
suggestion.
