Both of these issues exist; mainly on the part of the CTO. I feel like
everyone else is on board with making a few changes that need to happen,
but management is much more concerned with pushing code to keep investors
happy. While I understand that we have to move quickly as a startup, I
don't understand why we are sacrificing quality for speed.
