Here the full working example:
static double doubleValue = 1314761451;
PyObject *floatObj = NULL;
PyObject *timeTuple = NULL;
PyObject *dateTime = NULL;
floatObj = PyFloat_FromDouble(doubleValue);
timeTuple = Py_BuildValue("(O)", floatObj);
dateTime = PyDateTime_FromTimestamp(timeTuple);
