Thank you everyone for your comments and suggestions. I made a script to 
test the question. see for yourself:

SCRIPT:

#!/usr/bin/env python3.5
import sys; print(sys.version)


OUTPUT IN TERMINAL:

collier@Nacho-Laptop:~$ ./test.py
/usr/bin/env: python3.5: No such file or directory
