Hello,

 

I am having an issue installing Python 3.51,

 

I get an error message stating that there is a dll that is
missing:

 

API-MS-WIN-CRT-RUNTIME-l1-1-0.DLL

 

I have tried reinstalling the program but keep getting the
same error message.

 

Please advise of fix.
