Most asshat managers I've dealt with often say to me, "Here's a mole hole, go fix it." I look at the mole hole (little problem), look at the mountain (big problem) in the distant, and jump over the mole hole to start climbing the mountain. After I reduce the mountain to a mole hole, the asshat manager gets promoted and I'm looking for a job again. Thank you, Chris R.
