This course will provide a practical introduction to deep learning and its applications in biological research. Participants will learn:
-  The fundamentals of deep learning architectures-  How to apply Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to classification, regression, and image segmentation tasks-  Best practices for evaluating model performance and avoiding overfitting
- Hands-on implementation using Python, Jupyter Notebooks, and Linux
 
 
This course is designed for students, researchers, and professionals interested in integrating deep learning into their work. Prior programming experience is helpful but not required.
