There's some disagreement as to whether it should be called "amd64" or
"x86-64", but there's a link saying the latter and pointing to this:

https://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.7.9/python-2.7.9.amd64.msi

That's most likely to be the one you want for a modern Intel 64-bit system.
