1. There are a lot of spinet codes in many languages for numerical integration. I may find a good one in Python for you? try SciPy.org ( http://www.scipy.org/about.html) you may find something there. 2. Look at the wiki too: https://wiki.python.org/moin/NumericAndScientific.
