That line of code will prompt the user:
C:\Documents\PythonCoding\
then the user enters ABC<enter>:
C:\Documents\PythonCoding\ABC
and raw_input returns "ABC", so name becomes "ABClaunch2.bat".
Presumably the intention here was to use the prompt as a suggestion
for a value to enter, but I can't be sure.
