The secret idea is to make Python unusable for plenty of Windows users. So, it's becoming urgent to wait for the final release and see what will be the "workarounds", if any and if possible. I'm an idiot, who can write "numerical recipes" in Python, I'm simply unable to modify my win box to make Python works. Strangely, Go, Mono or TeXLive2015 and plenty of other tools just work out of the box. PS It seems, I'm not alone in such situation.
